This page shows the car when bodywork and painting were finished

This just shows what can be done in the home workshop, with determination and a good pit of patience. It was a much longer job than I thought it would be, but having seen what other "JEC" members have done I guess it is just par for the course. All work was carried out by myself and my 17 year old son, without him I would have had a much harder time of it. We painted the car ourselves which saved a large amount of money and made the whole thing possible on my budget.

Some general shots of the car when finished, I am very pleased with the result and feel we have moved the rolling restoration on by a large percentage.

A couple of shots from the outside and two showing the interior which is in good condition. Notice the rear bumper chromes are missing, this is because the offside quarter bumper is completley rotted ( Good old British Leyland quality steel ) . So if you have one spare please e-mail me, but I know these rear chromes are rare as hens teeth.
